  • 1 packet cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia Yoghurt Balance
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Let the berries thaw slightly and puree in the milk with a hand blender.
  2. Then add the cream cheese and sugar and stir in. Fill the shake into 4 long drink glasses and serve.
