Fragile Macaroons

The lightest and fluffiest cookie that disappears in minutes. It goes well with aromatic coffee. I recommend this recipe to anyone who loves almond baked goods.

Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Almonds – 300 Grams
  • Egg Whites – 2
  • Pieces Sour Cream – 2
  • tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 6
  • tbsp
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar – 1
  • Teaspoon Sea salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Make almond flour. To do this, place the unpeeled almonds in a blender bowl and chop.
  2. Whisk the egg white. Then add some powdered sugar and two pinches of sea salt. Beat well again.
  3. Add almond flour, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Stir the almond dough gently.
  4. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  6. Using a spoon, spoon out the dough in the shape of a cake, leaving a small distance between the cookies.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar and serve.
