  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 cheese, (Romadur approx. 50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into wafer-thin slices. For the music mix 2-3 tablespoons of water with the vinegar, the oil, a little salt, pepper and sugar to form a marinade.
  2. Place the Romadur on a deep plate, cover with the onion rings thickly and pour the marinade over them. Serve sprinkled with the chives. In addition, a strong farmer`s bread with butter.
