Instructions

  1. Pick up the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Finely chop the herbs and finely dice the onion.
  2. Put the herbs, diced onion, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil in a bowl and stir. Pour the mixture over the salad and fold in carefully.
  3. The specifications for vinegar and oil depend on the size of the salad and are therefore only guidelines.
