French Apple Tart Instructions

  1. We take a large bowl, sift flour into it. Add butter, grated on a coarse grater, there. We mix.
  2. Add sugar, mix. The consistency should be something like a crumb.
  3. Now add yolks and vanilla essence to the mixture.

  4. Mix quickly and form such a ball from the dough. We wrap the ball in film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  5. While the dough is in the refrigerator, we are busy with the filling. We take the apples, remove the peel, cut out the cores.
  6. Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice. This is done so that they do not darken.
  7. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out. See for yourself the thickness – I rolled it out 5 cm longer than my baking dish, the length of which is 23 cm.
  8. We put the dough in a baking dish, press it against the sides, cut off the excess dough. Don’t be lazy – the more beautiful, the tastier 🙂
  9. We beautifully put our apples in the form.
  10. Sprinkle apples with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar. We put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.

  11. The amazing French tart is ready! 🙂

Bon appetit!
