Ingredients

  • 125 g Camembert (s), more mature
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic salt or fresh, crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, (noble sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, weighed

Instructions

  1. Remove the rind from the camembert and mash it well with a fork. Add the cream, mayonnaise, stir well, finally add the spices (garlic salt, sweet paprika) and the weighed parsley.
  2. Goes well with fondue or grilled meat and can also be prepared the evening before.
