  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Onions – 150 g
  • Carrots – 180 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens to taste

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan, pour cold water, put on fire. Bring to a boil, simmer over low heat until tender (about 30 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
  3. Peel, wash, cut carrots into strips. Peel, wash, and dice the onion.

  4. Add prepared potatoes to the chicken fillet. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, add butter. Put onions and carrots in hot oil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes over low heat.
  6. Put the frying in a saucepan, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Cut the processed cheese into small pieces.
  8. Wash greens and chop finely. Add melted cheese and herbs to the soup, stir well and turn off the heat.
