French Chicken Meat

Do you like chicken fillet and vegetables? Then French chicken is the recipe for you. Instead of chicken, there can be pork and even veal. A hearty dish for the whole family. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 6 pieces
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Champignons – 6 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Cheese – 150 Grams
  • Mustard – To taste
  • Salt and Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Chicken fillet should be cut into portions, pepper and salt. Add spices to taste.
  2. Beat off each fillet on both sides. Separately cut tomatoes into half rings, onions into rings and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. In the meantime, chop the mushrooms and onions medium-sized, fry them until cooked.4
  4. Before sending the “filling” on the fillet, spread the meat with mustard or mayonnaise.
  5. Then put mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese on top. Place the French chicken in the oven for twenty minutes.
  6. Serve French chicken on lettuce with fresh vegetables or a side dish.
