Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, rubbed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and thyme.
  2. Grease one fireproof pan or two small pan.
  3. Peel, finely chop or press the garlic and distribute in the form. Add the potato slices in flakes and sprinkle with the cheese. Pour over the whipped cream.
  4. Cook the whole thing in a preheated oven at 225 ° C to 250 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
