Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s) (Grenaille or Laratte)
  • 1 small Bunch rosemary
  • Salt (fleur de sel)
  • Parsley smooth
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes on top with the rosemary and salt and cook for about 20 minutes, not too soft. Drain, then cut the potatoes in half and fry in butter. Season to taste with salt and freshly chopped parsley.
