Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 300 g tomato peppers (from the jar)
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • Spice mixture (grill spice)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into fine sticks, place in a bowl and mix with the oil, salt, paprika powder and barbecue spices. Place the potato sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking foil and bake in the oven at 200 ° C (gas mark 3) for about 30 minutes, turning several times.
  2. For the dip, cut the tomato peppers into fine cubes, mix with tomato paste, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and puree. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder and sweetener.
  3. Serve the french fries with the hot dip.
  4. Tip: A green salad tastes good with it!
