Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 glass water
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 300 g Gouda cheese or other cheese your choice
  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • Onion (s), brown or red
  • olives your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Thyme, fresh or dried
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the flour, butter, egg, 1 teaspoon salt and the glass of water. Be careful with the water, the dough shouldn`t stick too much, add a little flour if necessary. If necessary, chill the dough for a moment.
  2. Grease a tart pan, small molds or a baking sheet, dust lightly with flour and line with the dough. Then spread a thin layer of mustard. Put the cheese on top.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, remove the seeds if necessary so that the dough does not get too much moisture, and distribute them on the dough. Spread the olives and onions on the pizza to taste. Salt and pepper everything. Sprinkle thyme over the top and drizzle some olive oil over it.
  4. Bake for approx. 20 - 30 minutes at 200 - 250 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  5. Tip: Alternatively, you can also make pizza dough or use ready-made pizza dough. It also tastes great with goat cheese. A salad goes well with it.
