Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 piece ½ (s) cucumber (s)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in the skin until soft, peel and cut into slices. Add celery in fine slices, diced peppers, grated cucumber with the skin to the potato slices.
  2. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and fold into the salad.
  3. The potato salad is arranged on top of the lamb`s lettuce and served with radishes and egg slices.
