French Toast

Sometimes you want to surprise your loved ones with an unusual breakfast. I offer you an original, but very simple recipe for French toast with fruit and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 4 slices
  • Margarine “Generous Summer” – 50 g
  • Cream cheese, unsalted – 50 g
  • Fruits (bananas, apples) or berries
  • Chocolate paste or sugar
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

For decoration (optional):

  • Chocolate – 50 g
  • Margarine “Generous Summer” (for chocolate topping) – 50 g
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Cut the fruits into small pieces.
  2. Roll out the toasted bread with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the rolled toast with a layer of 2-3 mm.
  4. You can add some sugar or chocolate paste.
  5. Put chopped fruits (or berries) on the edge of the toast.
  6. Roll toasts with cheese, apples, and bananas.
  7. Put the Generous Summer margarine on a preheated frying pan. Fry toast with cheese and fruit until golden brown.
  8. If the tube is cut diagonally, the filling and the result of our work will be visible.
  9. Ready toast can be sprinkled with melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
