For breakfast on a weekend, when you want to pamper yourself with something not only healthy and satisfying, but also delicious, I want to offer you a very cool idea. Memorize and repeat in your kitchen!

Ingredients
Egg – 3 Pieces
Milk or Cream – 1 Glass
Cinnamon – 1/2 Teaspoon
Bread – 8 Slices (Yesterday’s better)
Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Banana – 3 Pieces
Cinnamon and Nutmeg – To taste
Brown Sugar – 1/2 Cup
Butter – 100 grams (caramel)
Rum – 50 Milliliters (optional)
Directions
Drive eggs into a deep and wide container, add milk (cream), cinnamon. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
Spread a slice of bread for 30 seconds.
Then turn over and hold for another 30 seconds. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet.
Place the bread slices in a skillet and grill until golden brown on both sides for about 3 minutes.
Prepare all the caramel ingredients in parallel. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Melt the butter and sugar in a skillet.
Spoon bananas into caramel, add cinnamon and nutmeg for flavor, add rum if desired. Simmer the bananas for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, then gently turn over and fry until golden brown on the other side.
Put the prepared toast on a plate, top with the caramelized bananas and serve.
