French Toast with Vanilla

For a delicious breakfast, here’s a recipe on how to make French toast with vanilla. Wheat bread is soaked in a sweet milk-egg mixture with cinnamon and fried in butter.

Ingredients

  • White Bread – 8 Slices (Toast)
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Milk – 1 Glass
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. spoon (or honey)
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter – 1

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanillin, cinnamon until light foam. Add milk, whisk. Pour the mixture into a mold or flat-bottomed plate.
  3. Dip the slices of bread into the mixture so that they are well saturated on both sides.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet. Fry slices of bread on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot French toast with fresh berries or gravy.
