Ingredients

  • 120 g coconut milk
  • 100 ml water, warm if necessary
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 90 g almond drink or other veetable milk
  • 3 tablespoon muesli (5 grains muesli)
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed
  • 10 g iner
  • 50 g apple

Instructions

  1. Put coconut milk, water, coconut oil, almond drink, muesli and flaxseed in the blender. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the apple and cut it into pieces. Peel the ginger and cut it into very fine strips. Add apple and ginger to the liquid.
  3. Blend the ingredients for 1 minute.
  4. Now pour the smoothie into a glass.
  5. Tips: If you like, you can add cinnamon and other fruit to the smoothie. Instead of an almond drink, milk, preferably 1.5% milk, can also be used.
