Ingredients

  • 100 g couscous
  • 150 ml broth, hot
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 3 cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour the broth over the couscous and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the vegetables and dice them finely. Fluff the couscous and fold in the vegetables. Finally chop the parsley and fold in. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fits as a side dish, main course or as a snack in between.
