Fresh Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 medium onion (s), mild variety
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Herbs, e.g. chives and parsley or similar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• pepper
• salt

Instructions

1. Put the cream in a bowl. Cut the onion as small as possible and add to the cream. Then add the remaining ingredients to the cream and mix everything together. Add the lettuce, mix well and do not let it steep for too long.
2. If you replace the cream with quark you get a great spread or dip.
