Instructions

  1. Wash the sprigs of mint well and twist the entire bunch against each other in your hand as if you were wringing out a towel. It is best to put in a jug that has a sieve spout. Cut the ginger unpeeled into thin slices and also add to the pot. If you like, you can add a little lemon juice or zest to taste.
  2. Pour boiling water over the whole thing and let it sit on the warmer for about 10 minutes. Sweetened with honey, this is the perfect tea for cold days.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
