Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 3 apples
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 200 g cheese (Dutch or Gouda), fresh
  • 3 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 small pickles

Instructions

  1. Drain the corn, clean the other ingredients if necessary, wash them and then cut them into small pieces. Put in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, oil, sugar and mayonnaise together and pour over the ingredients. Mix together.
  3. Let it steep until you eat it.
