Ingredients

  • 400 g sausae, (beer ham)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • some lemon juice, and white wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground white
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 6 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cut the beer ham into strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Wash the cucumber and slice it.
  2. For the marinade, mix lemon juice and vinegar with the oil and the spices.
  3. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Let everything stand for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Line a plate with the lettuce leaves and place the lettuce on top.
