- 400 g sausae, (beer ham)
- 2 onions)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- some lemon juice, and white wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoon oil
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground white
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, freshly grated
- 6 leaves lettuce

- Cut the beer ham into strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Wash the cucumber and slice it.
- For the marinade, mix lemon juice and vinegar with the oil and the spices.
- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Let everything stand for about 30-40 minutes.
- Line a plate with the lettuce leaves and place the lettuce on top.
