- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s), cut into strips
- 3 scoops mozzarella
- 100 g rocket
- 5 tomato (s)
- vinegar
- oil
- salt
- pepper

- Fry the chicken strips in a little oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices and place them alternately on the edge of a shallow bowl or an oven dish. Place the washed and drained rocket in the middle of the dish and sprinkle everything with vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Then pour the fried chicken strips over the rocket.
- Now the salad not only looks delicious, it also tastes wonderful.
