Fresh Zucchini Casserole

Zucchini casserole is a great side dish for meat, poultry, or fish.

- Cut the courgettes into 2×2 cm cubes.
- Place in a greased dish with a volume of about 2-2.5 liters. Chop the greens, add to the zucchini, salt everything, and mix.
- Place the zucchini dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes.
- Then remove the zucchini from the oven. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream with mustard and eggs. Pour this mixture over the zucchini.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and place the zucchini casserole in the oven for another 15 minutes. Zucchini casserole is ready.
