- 1 teaspoon honey

- Peel the banana and cut in half crosswise. Now halve the two pieces of banana lengthways.
- Heat a teaspoon piece of butter in a non-stick pan. Place the banana pieces in it and fry slowly until browned. Then turn and fry the other side. After turning the banana pieces in the pan, brush the top with honey.
- Arrange on a preheated plate.
