How to cook fried beef meatballs: Peel, wash and finely chop the onion.
Heat butter in a frying pan. Fry the onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool down.
Add salt, pepper, 1 egg to the minced meat. Mix.
Add cooled fried onions and stir again.
Roll out balls, the size of a nut, from the prepared mass. Pour flour into a plate. Thoroughly coat the meatballs in flour.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Put the flour-sprinkled meatballs in a few pieces.
Pour breadcrumbs into a separate plate. Roll the meatballs.
Put the prepared beef meatballs on a cutting board and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron or other small-dia container. Spread the meatballs in the butter in one layer. Fry the beef meatballs over medium heat for 10 minutes, the butter should completely cover the meatballs.
Remove the meatballs and drain off the oil. Serve the fried beef meatballs with a neutral side dish, such as boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
