Ingredients

  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g pineapple
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g rump steak (s) without a fat rim
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon chilli sauce, sweet and sour
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Peel the pineapple, first slice it, then cut it into strips. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the white and light green of the spring onions into pieces. Cut the beef into strips, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or in a wok. Add the meat and fry vigorously for 1 - 2 minutes in portions. Add spring onions, carrots, pineapple and garlic and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 100 ml water, soy sauce and chili sauce, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with this.
