Fried Burgers

Fried buns stuffed with tuna, eggs, and pine nuts. A simple and tasty dish, perfect for a picnic, for example.

Ingredients

  • Buns – 3 pcs.
  • Canned tuna (chopped) – 50 g
  • Tomato paste – 50 g
  • Pine nuts – 50 g
  • Raw egg – 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs for the filling (finely chopped) – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil
  • Water – 50 ml

How to make fried burgers:

Directions

  1. Cut off the edge of the rolls. Remove the crumb with a fork.
  2. Put the buns on a deep plate, pour over the milk. Leave to soak.
  3. Mix tuna with boiled eggs.
  4. Add pine nuts.
  5. Add tomato paste. Mix.
  6. Fill the buns with the filling.
  7. Close the open edge with a cut edge.
  8. Beat the egg lightly. Add water.
  9. Season with salt and stir.
  10. Dip the buns in the beaten egg.
  11. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place prepared buns in the pan. Fry them on all sides until golden brown. The fried burgers are ready.
