Ingredients

  • 750 g carp fillets, ready to cook
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 120 ml oil
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g horseradish, finely rated
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse, dry and salt the portioned fish.
  2. Beat eggs and whisk.
  3. Turn the salted fish first in flour, then in the whisked egg mixed with milk and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the fish all around until crispy.
  5. Melt butter.
  6. Serve the fish fillets with melted butter and lemon wedges, add grated horseradish and mashed potatoes or salad.
