Ingredients

  • 5 large carrot (s)
  • 9 small cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • some butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some water
  • herbs
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots into strips with the vegetable peeler. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in a little butter for 3 - 4 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and continue to cook. I added some water. Now add the peeled carrots and fry with them. Then add the cocktail tomatoes and let everything cook.
  3. When everything is done, add the cream cheese, lemon juice and herbs if you like. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
  4. It also tastes great instead of the cocktail tomatoes with mushrooms!
