  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • some marjoram
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and slice or cut them, peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry, turning frequently. When the carrots are done but still firm to the bite, add some marjoram to the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Goes with hunter schnitzel, bratwurst or meatballs.
