Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes
  • 2 broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • sesame oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed, freshly cut (e.g. parsley, chives, etc.)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • nutmeg
  • Salad for decoration

Instructions

  1. Trim the cauliflower and broccoli in florets. Cut the stems crosswise. Cook in salted water until firm to the bite.
  2. In the meantime, mix the quark and sour cream, season with lime zest, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Add herbs and season to taste.
  3. Heat the butter and almonds in a pan and sear the cauliflower in them. Season with nutmeg and salt. Heat the butter, sesame seeds and sesame oil in another pan. Add the broccoli and cook a little. Season with salt and nutmeg.
  4. Serving:
  5. Arrange the quark in the middle of a plate, spread the broccoli and cauliflower around it and decorate with lettuce.

  7. Cauliflower and broccoli also taste great when breaded before frying!
