  • 250 g mushrooms, small, brown

  1. Clean the mushrooms and sear them in a large pan or a teppan-yaki separately in a little oil over high heat (they must not draw water, but should also not burn!). Place in a bowl while still warm and mix with the very finely chopped herbs and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to infuse with the oil.
  2. The herbs can of course be varied in quantity depending on taste and occasion.
