  • Salt to taste

  1. The products for the recipe are in front of you.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, cut into thin half rings.
  3. Wash the champignons, cut into thin slices.
  4. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared onion in hot oil. Fry the onion until golden, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put the mushrooms, simmer all together for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, add curry. Mix well.
  7. Add sour cream.
