Fried Cheese in Egg

Fried cheese in egg and sesame is very appetizing and tender. A great hot snack or tea addition for those who don’t like sweets.

Ingredients

  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Break the egg into a bowl, add salt, and beat the egg with a fork.
  2. Cut the hard cheese into slices 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Dip a slice of cheese into a beaten egg.
  4. Dip the cheese in flour.
  5. Dip the cheese in the egg again and then roll in the sesame seeds.
  6. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Put the pieces of breaded cheese in the pan. Fry the cheese over medium heat for about 15 seconds on each side.
  7. Serve hot grilled cheese. Bon Appetit!
