Ingredients

For the marinade:

  • 130 g soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • chilli flakes
  • some pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts

Also:

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 4 medium carrot (s)
  • 300 g white cabbae
  • 250 g noodles (Chinese instant noodles)
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • Sesame oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First make the marinade for the meat. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar and pepper in a bowl. Add chilli flakes to taste,
  2. Dice the chicken breasts and put them in a freezer bag together with the marinade. Let the meat rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. In the meantime, cut the onion, celery stalks, carrots and cabbage into strips.
  4. After the meat has rested, fry the cubes in a hot pan until the liquid from the marinade has evaporated. Then take the meat out of the pan and set aside.
  5. Heat a little sesame oil in the same pan. Add the cut vegetables and fry. Finally, add the instant noodles with the broth. Simmer until the noodles are cooked, about 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as the pasta is done, add the meat again.
