Ingredients
For the marinade:
- 130 g soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- chilli flakes
- some pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
Also:
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 3 celery stalks
- 4 medium carrot (s)
- 300 g white cabbae
- 250 g noodles (Chinese instant noodles)
- 500 ml chicken broth
- Sesame oil for frying

- First make the marinade for the meat. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar and pepper in a bowl. Add chilli flakes to taste,
- Dice the chicken breasts and put them in a freezer bag together with the marinade. Let the meat rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
- In the meantime, cut the onion, celery stalks, carrots and cabbage into strips.
- After the meat has rested, fry the cubes in a hot pan until the liquid from the marinade has evaporated. Then take the meat out of the pan and set aside.
- Heat a little sesame oil in the same pan. Add the cut vegetables and fry. Finally, add the instant noodles with the broth. Simmer until the noodles are cooked, about 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as the pasta is done, add the meat again.
