Fried Congrio Fish

Congrio fish (king clip) can be cooked in any way. The easiest recipe for you is fried congrio fish. The fish tastes like shrimp, it is also called that – shrimp fish.

Ingredients

  • Congrio fish (king clip, shrimp fish) – 500 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spices for fish – to taste
  • Flour (for breading) – 50 g (how much it will take)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 g (how much it will take)

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into portions.
  2. Salt and pepper the fish, add your favorite spices.
  3. Roll in flour.
  4. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Put the fish in hot oil. Fry the congrios over medium heat on one side at first until golden brown.
  5. Then turn over and fry the shrimp fish on the other side until golden brown.
  6. Fried congrio fish is ready. Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
