Ingredients

Kefir – 250 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
or soda (slaked with vinegar) – 0.5 teaspoon
Flour – 350 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons + for frying
Powdered sugar

Instructions

Prepare the necessary ingredients for making fried kefir donuts. combine all dry ingredients in a deep bowl, mix. Beat the egg and add it to a bowl. Pour oil and warm kefir there.
Knead a not very tight dough.
Lubricate the work surface and hands with vegetable oil. Make donut blanks. From the specified number of ingredients, 15 donuts will be obtained.
Make a hole in the center of each workpiece with your finger.
Place donuts in heated vegetable oil.
Fry donuts over medium heat until golden brown.
Fried donuts on kefir are ready.
Sprinkle the finished fried donuts with icing sugar.
