- Put the toasties in a toaster. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan and fry the fried eggs with the help of a silicone egg mold. Pepper and salt. After about two minutes, take the eggs out of the mold, turn them and fry for another two minutes. Place the cheese on the halved toasties and top with the hot fried egg. Close the toastie and enjoy.
