Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut in half so that sturdy rings approx. 1 cm high can be cut from the center.
  2. Then carefully place the four largest rings in the pan with the butter and then place an egg in each ring. Fry the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Great look for breakfast or as a side dish.
