Ingredients
- 4 sheets Lollo Bianco or Lollo Rosso
- 1 large slice (s) cooked ham
- 1 large slice (s) cheese
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon meat salad or mayonnaise
- some cucumber (s), sliced into thin strips
- some butter

- Wash the lettuce, pat dry and arrange on a plate, overlapping in a circle.
- Put some butter in a pan, let it melt and add the ham to the pan. Put the cheese on top of the ham. Heat a little on a low heat until the cheese has melted. It only takes a few seconds. In the meantime, add the meat salad or mayonnaise and the thinly sliced cucumber slices to the salad. Place the ham and cheese on top.
- Now beat an egg or two in the pan and fry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and place on the cheese.
- If you want to eat it vegetarian, just leave out ham and meat salad. Alternatively, you can also use vegetarian sausage.
