Ingredients

  • 90 g butter
  • 300 grams flour

  • 125 ml buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and brush the muffin tins with it. Let the rest cool.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the chocolate. Set aside 12 apricot halves. Finely dice the rest and fold into the flour mixture.
  3. Whisk butter with buttermilk, apricot juice and egg and stir into the mixture.
  4. Spread the batter on the muffin tins, place one half of the apricot on each and bake in the hot oven at 200 ° for approx. 30-35 minutes.
