Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in a pan. Carefully crack the eggs one at a time in a cup to see if they are fresh.
  2. Let each egg slide into the hot fat and fry over low heat. Moving the pan gently so that they do not set, let the eggs set.
  3. When the egg whites are firm and white, sprinkle the edge with salt and pepper. The egg yolk should stay soft. It can be lightly salted and / or peppered at the end (depending on your taste).
  4. Carefully take the finished fried eggs out of the pan with the spatula and slide them onto plates (preheated if possible).
  5. Tomato and Bacon Eggs:
  6. Sear the breakfast bacon on both sides in a pan. Cut 1 - 2 washed tomatoes into slices, season with salt, pepper and place on top. Pour the beaten eggs over it and prepare according to the basic recipe. This dish is particularly tasty when cooked in the oven. Sprinkle with washed, chopped parsley before serving.
  7. Blind fried eggs:
  8. Prepare the fried eggs according to the basic recipe, but drizzle the egg yolks with hot fat while frying. A thin layer of protein forms over the yolk, making the eggs blond.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
