Instructions

  1. Preheat the pipe to 200 degrees and put it on the grill.
  2. Melt 10 grams of butter in a pan and add 2 eggs for fried eggs. Fry until the eggs are not quite ready, then transfer to an ovenproof plate.
  3. Cover with cheese shavings or thin slices of cheese and place under the grill for 2 minutes.
  4. Salt depending on the spiciness of the cheese, you can also use other types than cheddar, depending on your taste.
  5. Make sure that the cheese doesn`t get too dark.
  6. Serve with toast.
