  • Bulgarian pepper – 3 pcs. (500 g)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Ham – 80 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Bulb onions – ½ pc. (30 g)
  • Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We prepare products
  2. We wash the peppers, cut off the tops with the stalk and peel them of seeds and partitions. Cut the cut tops into small cubes.
    We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.

  3. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Cut the ham into cubes.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Chop the parsley.
  6. In a bowl, combine chopped peppers, cheese, ham, onion and parsley.
  7. Salt and stir.
  8. We fill the peppers with filling 2/3 of the total volume of peppers. We put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  9. We take out the peppers and gently break one egg into each. Put the peppers in the oven again for about 15-20 minutes.
