Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large pan and sauté the onions in it. Beat the eggs on top, pour the cream over them, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and let set in the closed pan. The duration depends on how soft or hard the eggs should be.
  2. Serve with salad, white bread or toast. But they also go well with spinach.
