  • Green tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 30-40 ml
  • Corn flour – 3 tbsp
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 10 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices 1 cm thick.

  2. Beat one egg with milk. Mix flour, salt, and black pepper in a separate container. Melt the butter in a frying pan (leave 1 teaspoon for cooking eggs).
  3. Dip each tomato slice in an egg-milk mixture. And roll it in flour.
  4. Fry the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. While the tomatoes are fried, prepare the fried eggs. Heat the vegetable oil in a separate frying pan, add the remaining butter.

  5. Break two eggs into a frying pan. Salt (only protein, as white spots, will remain on the yolk from salt). We fry the fried eggs until the protein is completely set (the yolk should remain liquid).
  6. Serve with fried eggs with fried green tomatoes.
