Eggs baked with onions and spinach are a delicious, simple, and quick dish that can be prepared even by a novice cook. A great breakfast option for the whole family. Try it!

Ingredients
Spinach – 150 g
Onions – 130 g
Eggs – 6 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Butter – 15 g
Salt – 2 pinches (to taste)
Ground black pepper – 2 pinches (to taste)
For decoration (optional):
Fresh dill (or other greens) – to taste
Directions
Peel and cut the onions into thin half-rings or quarters. Rinse and dry the spinach leaves. Remove the stems and tear the spinach leaves into small pieces.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the chopped onions and stir occasionally, fry for 6-7 minutes, until soft and golden. Add spinach to the skillet.
Stir in the onion and spinach for 1 minute, until the spinach leaves are tender. Turn off the fire. Lubricate a baking dish (I have a ceramic one) with butter.
Place the fried onion and spinach in a dish and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
Break into an egg shape. Sprinkle the eggs with another pinch of salt and black pepper. Place the dish in a preheated oven (I put the ceramic dish in a cold oven) and bake the eggs with onions and spinach at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. The protein should be completely cooked, preferably liquid.
Scrambled eggs with onions and spinach are ready. If desired, garnish the eggs with dill or other fresh herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
