Fried Eggs with Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Onions

Scrambled eggs with potatoes, tomatoes, and onions – a fragrant homemade dish, we will become an excellent hearty breakfast. It’s simple: the most common, many favorite ingredients, minimum of your time – there is an appetizing dish on the table that will surely be eaten to the last piece.

Directions

Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the potatoes until golden brown, stirring for 4-5 minutes.
Cut the onion into small cubes. Add onion to potatoes, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the potato pan. Salt, pepper, and stir. Drive eggs into the pan. Cover with a lid and fry the fried eggs over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
Serve scrambled eggs with potatoes, tomatoes, and onions to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
